Bed linen per apartment is changed every 7 days. For stays of 10 days to 14 days the bed linen per apartment is changed mid through stay. Extra bed linen have a EUR 7 surcharge.

Towels are changed once mid through week and a light cleaning is included for stays of 7 days and twice for stays of 10 to 14 days. Additional towel change can be done for €7 per person.

Additional cleaning can be requested for an EUR 15 surcharge per service.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hi,Thanks!. No washing machines in the Apts. We use Two options:1st-Self service Laundry Mat Co.8 minutes walk- 8:30 am till 8:30 pm. Cost €5 for 10Kg- Dryer €1 for 8 Mins. 2nd-Nearby laundry Co. They do our linens -wash/dry 24 hours return &eur

Is their housekeeping during a fortnight stay?

Hi, There is the initial preparation of the apartments. On 3rd or 4th day, all towels are changed and there’s a light clean. On the 7th day the apartment has change of all sheets and towels and through clean. Same for 2nd week Thank you

We can assist with transfer . At present, €80 ea way for up to 4 guests & 5 guests € 105 ea way . They collect you at meeting point at the airport. Modern & comfirtable transport .

Lovely stay at Villa Alexia and would highly recommend.
The location of the property was just what we wanted, close to all amenities in the town and walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean and housed 5 adults no problem. The beds where so comfortable with there Irish cotton sheets. The most impressive ingredient of the property was the owner Astrid who made the whole family welcome right from the start of holiday.

The perfect place to stay in Port de Pollensa!
Look no further, this is the perfect place to stay. Perfect size apartment for 4 adults. Kitchen with everything you need, lovely bathroom with a great sized shower. Air conditioning quick and effective. The pool is lovely - very deep end for the adults and a shallow section for young children. Ample sunbeds for everyone staying. We had a car and there was always plenty of space directly outside the apartment. The location is superb, you can walk everywhere. 3 mins walk from a huge supermarket, 5 minutes from the restaurants and shops, 8 mins from the beach. It is also a short drive from so many other places if you like to explore like we did - Pollensa, Alcudia, Cala San Vicente, Soller, Formentor etc. Port de Pollensa is a lovely place for a basis is to stay. Astrid is a lovely host and goes out of her way to help.

Wonderful and we would happily recommend this as a place to stay!
The host Astrid is what makes this Apartment complex special. It is a small family run complex which feels a bit like home. It is very well located close to shops, the beach and the bus station in a nice quiet area. Nothing was a problem for our host Astrid who gave us lots of tips and recommendations and even took food out of her own kitchen the night we arrived which was very late and all shops & restaurants were shut!
